film production company to cast in a South Korean drama.

In-cho of SM Entertainment, a major South Korean entertainment agency has
reportedly called Mendoza’s manager on Monday to discuss the possible casting
of Mendoza, a South Korean
entertainment paper Han Press said.
Mendoza
will be the first Filipina to cast on a South Korean television drama.

News also reported that Mendoza has set aside some projects with Alden Richards
to focus on the said foreign drama.
Filipina
actress Maui Taylor was the first Pinay actress to star on a South Korean film.
It
was not clear what Yaya Dub’s role will be, but the paper said the actress will
star alongside famous South Korean actress Han Ji-min on a still untitled
drama.
Last
week, Mendoza took entertainment headline when she deactivated her Twitter
account. The move was probably a part of her plan to focus on the said drama
