Maine Mendoza deactivates AlDub indefinitely

Several days after deactivating her Twitter account due to her displeasure with some of her fans, Youtube sensation and model/actress Nicomaine Mendoza has deactivated AlDub indefinitely.

Mendoza, also known as Yaya Dub posted somewhere that she don’t want to get involved anymore in the ill-fated duo after the failure of TV drama “Destined to be Yours”.

Destined to be Yours, a telenovela aired by GMA Network which ended a couple of weeks ago was panned by critics due to its shallow plot and redundant scenes coupled with lack of chemistry between Al and Dub. The drama was criticized because of lousy performance by Al, so Yaya Dub decided to deactivate Aldub to totally forget about the disgusting and nasty teleserye.

Maine Mendoza, who is currently showing her inner curbs in Maldives, is set to return home next week to decide whether she would continue acting, or to continue her career in hotel and restaurant.

There are also rumors that Mendoza is tapped by Ginebra San Miguel to be the brands Calendar Girl for 2018, but the news has not been verified yet.
